Do you want to send workers to Switzerland or abroad? When sending workers to jobs in Switzerland or abroad, you as an employer are subject to the valid provisions in the host country with regard to work permits and minimal working and living conditions. The "old" employment contract remains valid for the workers posted and your employees are still subject to the social security system in their country of origin. Depending on the branch and the duration of the posting, you have to use the online registration procedure for your employees for postings to Switzerland of less than 90 days; for longer postings, you are required to apply for a permit from the cantonal labour market authorities before they start work.
